Things To Obsess Over

I’m not 100% sure, but I’m overall pretty sure that Literature has changed around their whole line premanently and not for the good. Like Im talking 180 turnaround into suckiness. I was hoping this was like a mid life crisis for the brand and they would find themselves back to their roots of awesome shirts and hoodies, but also it was not meant to be. The only reason Im talking about this brand as obsession worthy is because first of all it was a really awesome brand before they went downhill and secondly if you look hard enough there are still some “vintage” Literature pieces floating around that you can pick up and probably for a lot cheaper than what they charged retail. They were pretty expensive like $185 for a hoodie.

I got super super lucky about 6 or 7 months ago and found this shady little online store that was selling some old Literature pieces for dirt cheap like 15 bucks a hoodie so I snagged as much as possible hoping it was for real and that I wasnt going to totally get ripped off, but luckily a week later I ended up with everything and I can tell you the pieces are even cooler in person and REALLY well made, the hoodies have either asymetrical zippers or gigantic zippers which just look really cool.

So it definitly takes some research to find the old stuff, even ebay doesn’t have too much of it anymore and what they do have is well over a hundred bucks , but Im sure if you want it bad enough its findable. HINT: When Literature changed their style, they also changed their name, The cool stuff is branded as just Literature clothing, the new stuff goes under the name Literature Noir.

I never thought I would get to see the day where there would actually be in exsistence a sweet lolita and gothic lolita Hello Kitty. I have Tarina Tarantino to thank for showing me something that I didnt even know I was searching for and making me now obsessed beyond all belief about.

So basically there are three themes to the Tarina Tarantino Hello Kitty collection: sweet lolita kitty, gothic lolita kitty and bridal kitty. I have no idea what the bridal kitty is all about, I guess supposedly its supposed to be actual bridal jewelry that you could wear to your wedding, but I mean seriously its plastic and it has Hello Kitty on it in a wedding dress who in their right mind is going to have that a their wedding jewelry?!?!

With that said, let’s focus on the sweet and gothic lolitas. Both have hot pink hair (very cool) but sweet wears pink dresses while gothic of course wears black. I’ve always been partial to the gothic lolita myself but I can still definitly appreciate the cuteness of the sweet lolita as well. Anyways I figured Id just show off some of the cool jewelry, the only bad side? The rings alone cost over 80 bucks

So I think most people remember JibJab as the site that made all those crazy political parodies with all the politicans with huge heads and puppet jaws. Well now I think they still make those movies every once in awhile but one of the coolest things thay have done is taken that technology and given the audience more of a chance to be interactive with it.

So now those crazy shorts and silly cartoons you used to watch on JibJab, you can put yourself and your loved ones into them too! Just to warn though you will either find it rediculously hilarious or just really creepy, but I think there is no way that it won’t get some type of reaction out of you, esp if you cast yourself or anyone you know in Snoop Dogg’s Sexual Seduction video.
